Fast delivery from own stock
Orders placed on weekdays before 10:00 AM will be delivered the next business day.
What is the shipping cost?
As a contractor, choose click & collect to avoid shipping costs. If you choose delivery to the construction site, shipping costs will depend on the weight and destination country. The final shipping cost will always be calculated before checking out your shopping cart. Orders over €1500 are free of shipping costs. As a retailer, if you place an order over €1500, you will not pay shipping costs within Belgium. For orders under €1500, shipping costs will apply depending on the weight of your order. Shipping costs will always be calculated while filling your shopping cart, so you won’t face surprises.
When will I receive my order?
Orders placed on weekdays before 10:00 AM will be delivered within one business day.
Can I track my delivery?
Once your order is processed, you will receive the tracking information from our carrier via email. You can follow the status of your order and know when it will be delivered.
Can I pick up my order in the store?
You can choose delivery to an address or collect & go. If you choose collect & go, the goods will be delivered to the store of the retailer you selected.
Can I pick up my order at Connecton?
You cannot pick up your order at Connecton. We are a manufacturing company, and we deliver all orders to your home or to the retailer you choose.
